Nov. 18 (Bloomberg) - The Golden Boy Awards officially announced that 20-year-old Real Madrid
Midfielder Bellingham was honored with the 2023 Golden Boy Award. Bellingham also gave an acceptance speech, thanking those who have supported him along the way.
Bellingham said, "I would like to thank everyone who voted for me in the 2023 Golden Boy Award. I would also like to thank the people who have been with me all the way through my career, those who accompanied me from Birmingham to Dortmund to Real Madrid. Without them, I would not have won this award."
Bellingham also looked to the future, "Now that I've won the Golden Boy Award, I want to continue to work hard and do everything I can to fulfill my potential. I also hope to get more awards in the future."
