On July 11th, the Copa America semifinals came to a close in the midst of much excitement. With outstanding team performance and perseverance, Colombia successfully advanced to the finals with a 1-0 win over Uruguay, the first time since 1999 that they have returned to this stage of glory. After the match, Colombia's captain, Jamez Rodriguez (J Lo), one of the game's heroes, who delivered a key assist, shared his joy and emotion in a tearful interview.

"We played an unparalleled game," Jairo said fondly, "and although some of the referee's calls upset us, it's undeniable that this is the result we deserved with our strength and team spirit. I can't tell you how happy and satisfied we feel at this moment."

Reviewing the whole game, J Luo especially mentioned the difficulty of the game: "This is an extremely difficult semi-final, especially in the case that we are playing with one man less, facing such a strong opponent, every minute is like a race against time. But my teammates showed amazing perseverance and team spirit, they know how to persevere in the face of adversity, how to motivate each other and how to face challenges together. Their performance today was perfect and I am incredibly proud to be playing alongside them."

Talking about the upcoming final, Jairo's eyes shone with determination: "Sunday will be a much tougher battle, but we are ready for it. This victory gives us great confidence and motivation, and makes us even more confident in our ability to compete for the ultimate title. We are full of fighting spirit, which is our biggest strength. We are going through a process of fulfilling our dreams, and every step is challenging and not easy, but as long as we are united, nothing is impossible."
