Manchester United are open to a transfer fee of between £17m and £20m for 26-year-old Wan-Bissaka this summer. Sources have revealed that West Ham United's negotiations with both United and the player himself have gone very well and Wan-Bissaka is willing to join the Hammers.
West Ham United see Wan-Bissaka as their number one target to strengthen the right-back position this summer. New manager Roberto Lopetegui is looking to strengthen his defense before the start of the new season and right-back is one of the positions he is focusing on. The former Wolves boss believes Wan-Bissaka is near-perfect, so the club are going all out to get the deal done.
If the deal goes through, West Ham United will have two options at right-back in Wan-Bissaka and Cao Fal, which is a much better situation than the one they were in under Moyes last season.
