Bolivia

The Football Association has officially announced that national team manager Antonio Carlos

Zag (name)

(Antonio Carlos Zago) departs. In an announcement, the Bolivian soccer federation confirmed Zago's departure from the national team and wished the 55-year-old Brazilian coach success in the future.

Zager took over the Bolivian national team last October and has a record of 2 wins and 8 losses during his time with the team. In the recently concluded Copa America, Bolivia lost all three matches in the group stage and finished at the bottom of the group. This performance failed to meet the expectations of the federation and fans, which led to Zag's departure.

The Bolivian FA thanked Zag for his efforts over the past year and wished him all the best in his future career. Next, the Bolivian FA will launch a search for a new head coach with a view to leading the national team to better results in future competitions.
