, the two sides signed a five-year contract until 2029. As previously reported by Romano, Milenkovic's transfer fee is £12 million.
Milenkovic, 26, made 50 appearances for Fiorentina last season, contributing two assists. Not only has he excelled at the club, but as a Serbian international, he has made 57 appearances for the national team so far and has played every match for Serbia at this year's Euros in a solid performance.
Ross Wilson, Nottingham Forest's Chief Football Officer, said, "It is with great excitement that we welcome Milenkovic to Nottingham Forest FC today, he has been a key part of our squad planning this summer and I know he is passionate about joining Nottingham Forest."
Wilson added: "We have always admired his performances for the Serbian national team as well as for FC Fiorentina and we are delighted that he is bringing his experience and ability to Nottingham Forest."
