In the announcement, it said, "Real Madrid Football Club and Lucas Vazquez have reached an agreement to extend our player's contract until June 30, 2025."

Lucas Vázquez joined Real Madrid in 2007 when he was just 16 years old. He then played for Real Madrid at all levels of the ladder and was promoted from Real Madrid U19 to Castilla in 2014. Vazquez, who just celebrated his 33rd birthday earlier this month, joined Real Madrid's youth team at the age of 16 and has been with the team for 17 years now. This contract extension will allow him to continue writing his own legendary chapter in Real Madrid.
