Personal agreement reached. The two sides have agreed on personal terms and Jeddah United will now negotiate a transfer fee with Manchester City.
De Bruyne, 33, has less than a year left on his contract with Manchester City. City boss Pep Guardiola has expressed his willingness to sell him now and has targeted several replacements including Joao Neves, Javi Simmons, Wiltz and Musiala.
De Bruyne has played nine seasons for Manchester City, during which he has appeared in 382 games, scoring 102 goals and dishing out 170 assists. He has been the creator of several important moments for City, scoring 6 goals and dishing out 18 assists in 26 games for the team last season.
