In a recent interview with Kicker magazine, Bayern Munich's former chairman Hernandez expressed his views on a number of hot topics, covering Bayern's recruitment strategy, player performance, German soccer youth training and some important issues in the international soccer world.

Firstly, when it comes to Bayern's players, Hernandez has high hopes for Pamekano and Kane. He believes that Pamekano has proved his strength with his excellent performances for the French national team and expects him to contribute consistently at the club as well. As for Kane, Hernandez hopes that newly appointed Tottenham boss Vincent Kompany can help him regain his top form, as Kane is crucial for Bayern.

In terms of youth training, Hernandez advised the DFB that they must take steps to close the gap with the likes of Spain and Switzerland. He emphasized that the DFB needs to find logical ways to improve youth training to ensure the long-term competitiveness of German soccer.

Hernandez has expressed his displeasure over the human rights issues at the World Cup in Qatar. He believes that soccer was abused in Qatar and that the media made mistakes in their coverage. He pointed out that despite the World Cup being over, working conditions in Qatar have not improved and may have gotten worse.

Commenting on Germany's performance at the Euros, Hernandez recognized the return of Kroos and believes that Nagelsmann made the right decision in bringing Kroos back to the German team. Although Germany ultimately failed to win the title, Hernandez believes that German soccer is moving forward and will return to the top of the world in the coming years.

Hernandez also gave his opinion on the player dynamics within Bayern. He believes that Gretzka has a chance to prove himself at Bayern, despite his lackluster performances over the past two years. At the same time, he also looked at the future of De Ligt and Üpamecano, stating that he wouldn't stop De Ligt from leaving if he did, but personally prefers to keep Üpamecano.

When talking about Bayern's reinforcement strategy, Hernes made it clear that no new reinforcements will be brought in unless a player leaves. He emphasized that Bayern needs to maintain the balance and stability of its lineup, rather than blindly pursuing the number of reinforcements.

In addition, Hernandez also talked about the renewal of Kimmich's contract. He believes that Kimmich is a reasonable person, and the negotiations with him will not be too difficult. But he also confessed that he does not know what the final result will be.

Regarding the competition for the Bundesliga title in the new season, Hernandez believes that Leverkusen will bring a lot of pressure to Bayern. But he also emphasized that Bayern will launch an all-out attack and strive to defend the title successfully.

Speaking about Tuchel, Hernandez said that the two sides parted in an acceptable way and that he did not resent Tuchel, but was critical of his experience at Bayern.

Finally, Hernandez once again expressed his support and expectations for Musiala and Wiltz. He believes that the hype surrounding these two young players is wrong and that it will put them under immense pressure. He called for them to be given more room and opportunity to grow rather than excessive hype and comparisons.
