In Lazio's third summer warm-up match, the team shook hands with Trieste with a score of 1-1. After the match, Lazio defender Alessio Romagnoli, who left the game early due to injury, gave an interview to Radio Type Bleu, sharing his thoughts on the game, injuries and the team's form.
Romagnoli first talked about his injury situation, saying, "I feel the adductor is very hard, but I think it's just muscle tension due to the high training load. This is normal after an intense pre-season training. The important thing is that we had a good pre-season preparation period and have played three great warm-up games. Our performance last year didn't meet people's expectations, but we've learned from it and are ready to do better in the new season."
Finally, Romagnoli also mentioned another important player in the team, Provedel: "I've known Provedel for a long time, he's a very strong and good player. At the same time, we have confidence in Mandas. Both of them are an important part of the team and we are confident that they will be able to perform in the new season."
