In a recent interview, Rico Lewis, a member of the England U21 national team, spoke highly of the team's head coach, Casley. Lewis said that Casley is not only a great coach, but also the driving force behind the team playing exciting soccer.

"Coach Casley always emphasized that we wanted to play spectator and offensive soccer," said Lewis, "and every time we traveled with the team, he never failed to remind us that he wanted to see an exciting game. Under his guidance, we are really working in that direction and have made significant progress."

Lewis further elaborated on the team's style of play: "We play a soccer that will keep improving, with a lot of firepower on the attacking end, scoring a lot of wonderful goals; at the same time, the defensive end is also performing well, creating a good situation of both offense and defense. This style of play is similar to Manchester City's in a way, as we both pursue possession and try to create and capitalize on every goal scoring opportunity in the game."

Lewis expressed optimism about the prospect of Casley's possible future promotion to coach England's adult team: "If Coach Casley really has the opportunity to coach the adult team, it would be a great thing. He is a coach who understands the players, especially the young ones, and has built a deep relationship of trust with them. That experience will serve him well as he coaches at a higher level in the future."

Lewis also compared the situation when Southgate took over the England team: "When Southgate took over, he also went through the transition from the youth team to the adult team. If Coach Carsley can also follow this path, I believe he will quickly adapt to the environment there and bring greater help to the team with his in-depth knowledge of the players."
