According to a report in the Corriere della Sera, Inter Milan are ready to sign Juventus striker Federico

Chiesa

.. Chiesa's current contract expires next summer, and despite Juventus' attempts to extend it, talks have stalled.

Chiesa's contract extension talks with Juventus have been going on for over a year now, but no solution has ever been found. Juventus director Giuntoli has a headache over Chiesa's future as the player's performances have not been great and he has just finished getting married, which has caused him to miss Juventus' trip to Germany, where a meeting with new manager Juan Motta will be postponed until the end of July.

The deadlock was broken by the arrival of Motta, who made it clear that Juventus had no place for Chiesa. The Gontoli were also forced to lower their asking price for Chiesa, who is currently worth around €20 million or less, but no team within Italy was willing to offer that figure. Roma scouted Chiesa, but they preferred to sign Sule, albeit at a higher price.

Chiesa is also evaluating foreign offers from Manchester United to Newcastle, but Juventus would find it difficult to swap him with Sancho. Inter, on the other hand, plan to sign Chiesa on a free in a year's time, which would be a heavy addition to further bolster their attack.

Fans will be keeping a close eye on Chiesa, expecting him to find the right team and continue to showcase his talents in his future career.
