La Liga president Tevas recently issued a strong response on social media to the investigation opened against him by the Administrative Court of Sport, making it clear that he will not be suspended as a result and will continue to defend the legitimacy of La Liga and the CVC partnership to the fullest extent.

Tewas took to social media to point out that there are those who do not want to accept the reality of the current Superleague being opposed by the global football community, while also failing to recognize that the CVC's partnership project with La Liga is supported by the vast majority of clubs and approved by the courts. He hinted that these opponents may resort to political tactics to try to impose their own footballing philosophy, but that La Liga will firmly resist.

Twas also made specific reference to Real Madrid's refusal to participate in the CVC agreement, emphasizing that it was merely a matter of formality, as Real Madrid's time constraints at the emergency meeting did not affect the substance of the CVC agreement, and that the agreement was subsequently discussed at another meeting. He was convinced that Real Madrid's disqualification was not justified.

In addition, Tevas alluded to the influence of outside forces on the Liga MX's decision-making, saying that he had spent three months considering whether to file a complaint with the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and that there were clearly complex political and economic factors at work behind the scenes.

Tevas has shown great confidence and determination in the face of possible threats of removal. He stated that he will continue to work hard for Spanish soccer despite the attempts to stop them against the UEFA Super League, against a particular model of soccer and against their influence at the level of the Spanish government. He emphasized that he will not be disqualified and called for patience from those who expect this to happen, as it will never happen.
