FC Bayern München, which continues to make great efforts in the field of soccer youth training, officially announced a series of important initiatives on July 23rd local time, aiming to further strengthen the communication and collaboration between the youth department and the professional team, in order to promote the maximization of the transformation of the results of the youth training and pave a more solid growth path for young players.

In his announcement, Bayern's Sporting Director Eberl emphasized the positive progress and future vision of the club's youth training work. He pointed out that in recent years, Bayern's youth training system has continued to produce high-quality players and successfully transported them to the first team, which is a direct reflection of the effectiveness of the youth training work. In order to further consolidate and improve this result, Bayern will deepen the exchange and cooperation between the youth training and professional teams, create a more favorable environment for young players to grow up, and help them to move into the professional football world smoothly.

As an iconic figure of Bayern's youth training, the famous Sauer is full of confidence in the future development of the youth training system. He revealed that up to 40% of the players in the 99-03 age group have successfully entered professional soccer, a statistic that fully proves the success and potential of Bayern's youth training system. Sauer promised to work closely with the new professional coaching team led by Kompany, Freund and Eberl to promote the sustainable development of the youth training business and cultivate more outstanding soccer talents for the future of Bayern.

Bayern assistant coach Maric, on the other hand, emphasized the wealth of talent in the youth camp in his speech, and said that he will play the role of a bridge to ensure that the information between the youth camp and the first team is unobstructed. He looked forward to passing on the advanced concepts and experiences of the first team to the young players in the youth camp through his own efforts, as well as listening to their voices and needs to provide more targeted guidance for their growth.

In addition, Bayern has announced changes to its coaching team for the new season. Walter Gerfrell will take on the role of Head of Performance, with overall responsibility for the performance management of the Bayern men's and women's first team as well as the youth teams at all levels. He emphasized that through cross-team cooperation and exchanges, Bayern's potential can be fully exploited and synergies can be created to provide all-round support and guarantee for players' training, competition, treatment and rehabilitation.

Bayern have also made an important personnel change in the goalkeeping coaching position. Manuel Kainz will replace Andreas Rosell as goalkeeping coach for the U15 and under age group, while Rosell will join the first team's goalkeeping coaching staff. Kainz said he is looking forward to this new challenge and promised to use his years of experience with the youth teams to guide the growth and development of the young goalkeepers.
