Manchester United youngster Ennis recently signed new contract terms with the club, extending his contract beyond next summer, the news was exclusively revealed by the Manchester Evening News. With the new contract, Ennis is embarking on a new chapter in his career at United, and he will also be involved in the upcoming pre-season tour of the United States as a focus of the team's youth development.

Ennis has shown his potential and strength in United's pre-season preparations. In the first friendly match against Rosenborg, the 19-year-old youngster came on as a substitute in the second half and showed his attacking threat with a powerful shot that tested the opposing goalkeeper. And in the following match against Rangers, Ennis was given another chance to play, impressing the coaching staff and fans with his fitness and professional attitude.

Ennis began his career at the Liverpool youth academy, but he chose to join Manchester United in the summer of 2021, becoming a bright spot in the transfer market that summer. Despite suffering a serious injury shortly after joining with a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his knee, Ennis managed to overcome the injury with tenacity and a professional rehab program and gradually regained his playing form last season.

Ennis grew up quickly in United's youth system and showed great finishing ability for the U18s. He made 19 appearances for United's U18s in the 2021/22 season, scoring 10 goals and becoming an important part of the team's attacking side. With a new contract and pre-season approaching, Ennis is expected to get more opportunities to showcase his talent in the United first team.
