Barcelona have officially confirmed that they have reached an agreement with Girona FC to sign 22-year-old striker Pau Victor. Although Barcelona has not announced the exact transfer fee, it is expected to be around 2.7 million euros according to Der Spin data.
Pau Victor comes from Girona's youth system and plays as a center forward, but can also play in both wing positions. He was loaned by Girona to Barcelona B last season and made 39 appearances in all competitions, contributing 20 goals and 6 assists. This outstanding performance earned him a contract with Barcelona's first team.
The 22-year-old Pau Victor, who is valued at €1.5 million in the German switch, will provide Barcelona with more attacking options and depth. A young player capable of playing in multiple attacking positions, Victor is expected to be a key player for Barcelona in the coming seasons.
