Completed contract extension. As previously reported, the two sides agreed to a one-year contract worth $3.6 million.
Jordan Jr. appeared in 36 games for the Nuggets during the 2023-24 regular season, averaging 3.9 points and 4.4 rebounds in 11 minutes per game. In the playoffs, Jordan Jr. appeared in two games, averaging 6.5 minutes and contributing 2 points and 1.5 rebounds.
Jordan Jr.'s extension provides the Nuggets with more depth and experience inside, and the team expects him to continue to play a key role in the upcoming season to help the team in close games.
