According to the latest report from FootballTransfers, Manchester United are actively looking for suitable candidates in their midfield and backline reinforcement program to strengthen the team's overall strength. Sporting Portugal's Jurmand has become a new target for United's midfield reinforcements, and although his aggression is considered slightly inferior to Paris Saint-Germain's Ugarte, his discipline and ball-carrying ability on the field has been recognized by United. However, with United currently unwilling to match Paris' €70 million asking price for Ugarte, Jurmand has become a more realistic option.

In addition to Jurmand, United are also considering Monaco midfielder Fofana, whose transfer fee is relatively low at €35 million. This is undoubtedly an affordable option for United, who wish to strengthen their midfield. However, United's options for reinforcements are not limited to this, as they are also rumored to be in talks with Fiorentina midfielder Amrabat, although Fiorentina has yet to receive a formal offer, and other teams have also expressed interest in Amrabat.

In the backline, Manchester United is also actively looking for suitable players. According to FootballTransfers, United manager Jens Ten Hag is eyeing Bayern defender Mazrahi, which shows United's diversified strategy in backline reinforcements. More notable, however, is Benfica center back Antonio Silva, who has emerged as the favorite to bring in reinforcements for United's center back position. Mendes remains committed to pushing for Silva's transfer, and some members of United's reinforcement team have expressed high admiration for Silva. Although Benfica previously asked the buyer to pay as much as 100 million euros in severance pay, but the current market conditions make this price has loosened, Manchester United is expected to be less than 100 million euros price to sign the young and talented center back.

In addition, Manchester United have still not made a breakthrough in transfer talks for De Ligt and Brathwaite. They have failed to agree on transfer fees with Bayern and Everton, but that doesn't mean United will give up on the two players. Instead, United could still agree a deal with Everton for Brandswaite later in the summer window, provided they need to sell more players to raise funds.
