Nike has unveiled the official match ball for the 2017-18 La Liga season, their 21st season with the club.

The new game ball, named Ordem 5, has enhanced touch and improved stability when flying through the air. At the same time, the Dynamic Distorted Image technology on the surface of the ball makes the color of the surface more eye-catching when the ball is flying at high speeds, making it easier for players to react as early as possible.

The outside of the face is 3D printed in orange, white and black to form a pattern that enhances the texture and makes it easier to grip, control and see the ball during play. The ball guts have also been further upgraded so as to optimize the speed and acceleration of the ball.

The Ordem 5's groundbreaking design evenly distributes gas pressure inside the ball across the entire surface, which allows players to hit the ball better. Nike's exclusive Aerowtrac grooves also help stabilize the ball's trajectory, allowing players to anticipate the ball more accurately. As players react and make decisions faster, the pace of play increases.
