Liverpool Football Club has officially announced that defender Andrew Robertson will not be involved in the team's pre-season warm-up matches in the United States this summer as he has yet to fully recover from his injury. The decision was confirmed by the team's manager, Sloter, who explained Robertson's current recovery status.

Robertson is currently in pre-season training with Liverpool in the United States, but he is not involved in the actual playing squad, instead focusing on his personal rehabilitation program. Slotter said of Robertson's injury, "He's not fully recovered yet, but we expect him to be fully fit by the end of the tour, or probably just after the tour."

Robertson was playing with a minor injury during the Europa League and he needed more time to recover after the tournament. Slaughter further revealed, "He's built up fatigue and injuries from playing in the Euros, but he's here with us now and although he can't play yet, we'll continue to support him in his recovery process."

Robertson will not play in any matches until the team returns to Merseyside next month, but he will continue to train with the team so that he can quickly integrate into the team's rhythm of play once he has fully recovered. This decision will undoubtedly have an impact on Liverpool's pre-season preparations, but the team and fans are confident in Robertson's recovery and look forward to his return to action.
