Arsenal has flown to the United States for pre-season training, and on Tuesday (23) leader Adi Da was interviewed and openly stated that the team needs to buy someone to strengthen its strength. According to reports, Arsenal are close to acquiring Italian international Caracoli for a transfer fee of around £42 million.
Commenting on the summer additions, Adidas said, "The Premier League has a higher title requirement than any other league. I need to strengthen it everywhere. I'm also doing a lot of tightening up at home. I know I need more resources for the position next to me."
Arsenal are reportedly looking to acquire a defender, a midfielder and a wing forward in the summer. Italian keeper Caraccioli will be the first to vote. Arsenal and Bologna have already claimed a £42m transfer fee. The 22-year-old star, who is also not on the Bologna training roster, could officially sign a contract within a day.
