Manchester United recently paid £52 million (about HK$520 million) for Lille centerpiece Jolo. The 18-year-old star made his Red Devils practice debut on Friday (19) and his performance was highly recognized. He is even expected to play against Glasgow in a warm-up game on Saturday (20) night.

Jolo, who is 1.90 meters tall, entered the Manchester United training base and was warmly welcomed by his teammates. He was very serious, ran fast, made a lot of accurate passes and was cheered and praised by his teammates from time to time.

In an interview, Jolo's words: "Since I first spoke to Manchester United, I've been very aware of what's in store for me in the future. I am excited about the club's plans. The club is also very interested in my future life with my family in England. I know that United have linked up with a team that will allow young players to reach their full potential. I look forward to fighting." United will face Glasgow in a warm-up match on Saturday (20) at 11pm Hong Kong time. We'll see if Yolo will wear armor.
