Chelsea is secretly adding more troops this summer. According to British newspaper The Sun, Chelsea's new coach Mariscal plans to spend £35 million (about HK$350 million) on Fulham midfielder Anders Penrina. The 28-year-old Brazilian international had been dumped by Manchester United. It is estimated that his value has now risen dramatically and he has become a hot commodity.

According to reports, Chelsea midfielder Ganaga may leave the team this summer. Another midfielder, Ansel Fernandes, is deeply involved in a racial discrimination scandal, facing severe punishment and even ostracized by his teammates. Maliska sees the need to make a signing in the midfield, and center midfielder Anders Penrina has already contacted the manager.

In recent years, Anders Penrina has been regarded as Manchester United's 'man-ball', borrowing from CF Granada, Valencia, Lasso, and Fahringo, and officially broke away two years ago. "The 'Devils' were immediately reborn when they joined Fulham for a £10 million transfer fee. Played 70 games in the Premier League over the past two seasons, scoring seven goals and playing for Brazil in this year's America's tournament.

French powerhouse Monaco intend to buy Anders Penrina, but they prefer to retain Premier League cuisine. It is understood that Penrina have a verbal agreement with Fulham. The club will have to release people if they make a takeover bid. It is expected that a 'car' will be offered with a better chance.
