Malaysian-Korean coach Kim Judge Gon, who coached the Hong Kong team, suddenly announced his resignation on Tuesday (16) due to personal reasons. He will reportedly return to South Korea to take over the Ulsan HD coaching stamp.
Kim Judge Gon landed a class in Hong Kong as a player. After hanging up his boots, he switched to coaching. He coached South China. He was also the gold medal coach of the 2009 East Asian Games Hong Kong team. He coached the Hong Kong team from 2012-17. Later, he left for joining the South Korean soccer team.In January 2022, he took over the whip of Malaysia and forced Asia and South Korea 3-3 earlier this year.
Malaysia are third in Group D of the second round of the Asian zone outside the world and have no chance of advancing. Kim Judge Gon's resignation at this point can be left to the next coach to re-plan the next game. According to reports, Malaysia will be taken over by a Spanish coach, and Kim Jong-kun will return to South Korean soccer as the coach of South Korean professional team Ulsan HD.
