According to the latest report from authoritative sports media The Athletic, Ligue 1 powerhouse Marseille have submitted a new offer for Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah, with a view to bringing in the high-profile England international. However, despite Marseille's strong will to buy, their offer has failed to reach Arsenal's psychological price, which has put the deal at an impasse.
Marseille's performance this season has not been satisfactory, so they plan to reshape their squad by bringing in strong reinforcements to prepare for the fightback next season.
