Journalist Skylar has informed that free agent De Gea has been recommended to Italian soccer club Fiorentina. De Gea reportedly asked for a contract until 2026 with an annual salary of 2.5 million euros plus bonuses.
Reports suggest that an Italian intermediary is pushing for a move for De Gea after talks with Genoa broke down last week. De Gea, 33, is currently unemployed for more than a year after leaving the club on a free following the expiry of his contract with United last summer.
