In a recent interview, soccer personality York gave an in-depth analysis and commentary on the performance and future development of Manchester United striker Hoylum. York began by expressing his skepticism towards Hoylum's goal of scoring 20 goals in a single season. He pointed out that although Hoylum showed some scoring ability by contributing 16 goals for Manchester United last season, it is really a challenge for the current Hoylum to achieve the target of 20 goals in a single season.

Yorke further explained that he believes Hoylum lacks a certain ineffable 'X-factor' in his game, which usually refers to a striker's decisiveness at key moments, goal-scoring instincts or a special ability to change the course of a game. He singled out Hoylén's performance at Euro 2024 as a game where he didn't quite show this key attribute.

However, York didn't completely dismiss Hoylen's potential and value. He emphasized that Hoylen is still young, has a lot of room to grow, and is already making progress. York puts Hoylen in a promising bracket and has high hopes for him, stating that he expects him to make greater breakthroughs and achievements in the future.

Meanwhile, York also expressed his views on Hoylum's role in the United team. He believes that although Hoylum is unlikely to be the "savior" of United, he is still an indispensable member of the team and will continue to contribute to the team. York hopes that Hoylum can maintain a positive mindset, continue to enjoy the joys of soccer, and show his best form in games.
