Turkish media Aslinda recently revealed the latest developments in Galatasaray Football Club's offer for Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay. It is reported that Galatasaray has made an offer of 20 million euros to Manchester United for the Scottish international midfielder. However, the offer did not meet United's expectations, with the Red Devils valuing McTominay at a higher price.

Previously, Galatasaray had made an offer of 15 million euros to Manchester United, but that price was quickly rejected by United. Apparently, United believe that McTominay is worth much more than that. With Galatasaray upping their offer to €20 million, they have once again expressed their strong interest in McTominay. However, it is reported that United's psychological price for McTominay is between 25 and 30 million euros, which means that Galatasaray still need to further increase their offer to be able to meet United's requirements.

McTominay had an excellent campaign for Manchester United last season. He made 43 appearances in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and dishing out 3 assists. As a key member of United's midfield, McTominay's departure will undoubtedly have an impact on the team. However, considering that his contract expires next summer and the club has the option to extend his contract by one year, United clearly have more initiative in the negotiations.

For Galatasaray, they desperately need to strengthen their team by bringing in strong players. The addition of McTominay will undoubtedly add more vitality and creativity to their midfield. However, in the face of United's high asking price, Galatasaray will need to carefully weigh the pros and cons and decide whether or not to continue to raise their offer in order to get the Scottish midfielder to join the team.
