During the training session in Bologna, the team's striker Orsolini attended the press conference and gave his opinion on the recent series of changes in the team. He began by talking about the differences in coaching style between new manager Motta and his predecessor, Italo, as well as the team's new tactical adjustments.

Orsolini said that Mota's coaching philosophy is significantly different from that of Italino. Under Italo's leadership, the team focused more on teamwork and overall cooperation, while after Motta took over, the team began to focus more on utilizing players' individual strengths and characteristics. This change is reflected in the tactical execution, i.e. more attempts to create one-on-one situations on the sides, as a way to create more scoring opportunities in the attacking third. According to Orsolini, this new tactic, although still in the teething stage, has already shown some potential, and the team is moving towards a more flexible and versatile direction.

Orsolini looked a little sad when talking about the changes in the forward personnel. He said that the departure of Zirkezer is undoubtedly a major blow to the team. Zirkezer not only has outstanding individual ability, but also can play well with other players' advantages, which is an important part of the team's offense. However, the world of soccer is always full of variables, and the team now has new strikers with different characteristics - Santiago Castro and Darlinga. These two players are very different from the Zielkirchner type, with stronger finishing ability and different styles of play, which will bring new energy and possibilities to the team's offense.
