(West Bromwich Albion). Vrabotta, 25, will undergo a medical on Tuesday and sign a three-year contract with West Bromwich Albion.
Flabotta is an Italian defender who spent last season on loan from Juve to Serie B side Cosenza, making 22 appearances and scoring three goals. Previously, Championship side QPR were close to signing Flabotta, but West Bromwich Albion came in later and managed to reach a transfer agreement. According to Di Marzio, West Brom offered Vrabotta a higher salary than QPR, thus attracting the defender.
Details of the transfer agreement show that West Brom will sign Vrabotta on a free transfer, but Juventus retain a 20% share of the player's future transfer fee. This means that Juventus will receive a percentage of the proceeds if Vrabotta is re-transferred in the future.
Flabota and his agent have now arrived in London and will undergo a medical on Tuesday. Once the medical is cleared, he will officially sign a three-year contract to become a member of West Bromwich Albion.
