Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti spoke to the British media after the recent training trip to the United States, giving his thoughts on the role of the team's newest signing, Bellingham, as well as the current state of Premier League rivals Chelsea.
Ancelotti gave a clear answer to the question of whether Bellingham's role will change with the arrival of Mbappe: "Nothing will change for him. In his first season, he has already surprised a lot of people because he showed great ability. Bellingham is a very mature lad and I'm sure nothing will change for him next season either." Ancelotti further emphasized, "He will be one of our best players and will support the team with all his strength. Of course, this is just an opinion of mine. But it has to be mentioned that Bellingham did a great job at the Euros and England did a great job as well, they reached the final and almost won the tournament."
Speaking of Chelsea, Carlo Ancelotti expressed his concern for the Premier League giants: "Chelsea have invested a lot in the transfer market, and they now have a very good team, with good veterans as well as young and talented stars. Moreover, they have a young coach at the helm. For a team like this, the owner needs to have a little patience and let them gain experience and grow through the games."
