A rent-and-buy offer was made. The offer included an optional buyout clause and a buy-back clause, which had some financial benefits for Inter.
Reports suggest that Anderlecht are currently the club most interested in Karmat and have already submitted a formal offer to Inter. Cammaert actually plays mostly on the wing for Inter, while at wing-back they have Buchanan (who is recovering from an injury) and Dumfries. Dumfries also played more on the wing last season, so Inter are considering whether they need to bring in a new wing-back.
Kamat's loan and buyout clauses will provide Inter with some flexibility, while the buyback clause also gives Inter the opportunity to reintroduce the youngster in the future. If Kamat performs well at Anderlecht, Inter could recall him as needed.
