United had hoped that Paris would lower their asking price for Ugarte after signing Neves, but there is no rush to sell on the part of Paris and Bayern and other teams are also interested in Ugarte. United have had two previous verbal offers for Ugarte rejected, the highest of which amounted to around £30 million.
Manchester United boss Jurgen Ten Hahn is now considering whether to bring in Ederson or not. United contacted the player's team back in March and have kept him on their shortlist. Ederson, who is valued at around £38 million, has been the subject of constant transfer rumors, including Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Juve and Liverpool all showing interest in him.
Manchester United are ready to pull out of the deal if Paris don't drop their price for Ugarte. It is understood that Paris will not approve a loan + mandatory buyout, despite the fact that Ugarte's playing position has been further reduced with the addition of Neves.
