Zaca

Talks about his Arsenal connection and what he's looking forward to in the upcoming matches.

Zaka moved to join Leverkusen after helping Arsenal qualify for the Champions League. He said in an interview, "At Arsenal, the team returned to the Champions League after seven years and then I moved away, for which I was often criticized. But joining Leverkusen was not a step backwards for me, because in talking to manager Alonso and director Rolfes, I had the feeling that something special was going to happen here in the near future, and now I will be playing in the Champions League again after seven years."

Speaking about his upcoming return to play in North London, Zaka said, "When you play for a team for seven years, it's always special to return. Especially because of the people from before, I had a great time at Arsenal and am still in contact with many players and staff on a daily basis, especially Thomas, Zinchenko and Jesus. I'm looking forward to the game, Arsenal are a tough opponent and we need games like this to prepare for the Champions League."
