According to the latest report from Mateo Moretto, a reporter from the authoritative Spanish media outlet Relevo, La Liga's promoted club, Espanyol, has successfully completed a deal to bring in Tottenham Hotspur striker Bayliss. The 20-year-old Argentine starlet has now officially arrived in Barcelona to prepare for the new La Liga season for Espanyol after a short loan spell at Tottenham Hotspur and Sevilla last season.

Bayliss joined Tottenham Hotspur from Argentine powerhouse Rosario Central for a transfer fee of 15 million euros last summer, but he didn't get much of a chance in the first half of last season, making only eight appearances as a substitute and scoring one goal. In search of more game time and exercise, Bayliss joined Sevilla on loan in the winter window. However, during his time at Sevilla, he also faced the same problem of limited playing time, only getting 6 substitute appearances during the entire loan period.

Although the loan experience in Tottenham Hotspur and Sevilla is not as good as expected, but the Spaniards still have high hopes for Bayliss. According to the well-known Italian journalist Romano revealed that the Belis to join the Spaniards is purely on loan, and the agreement does not contain a buyout clause. This means that at the end of the loan period, Bellis will return to Tottenham Hotspur, and the Spanish team is not obliged to buy him.

For the Spaniards, the introduction of Belis is undoubtedly a signing full of potential. As a young striker with some potential, Bellis has already demonstrated his goal-scoring ability and technical characteristics in the Argentine domestic league. With the Spaniards, he is expected to be given more opportunities and training platforms to further improve his level of play.
