Liverpool are said to have decided to hire Flying Yanno coach Schlow to replace Gopp, who is set to leave the team this summer, as the Reds' new leader, but it has not yet been formalized. According to the Mirror, the two clubs have still not reached an agreement on Schlow's termination fee. The Dutch soccer club has reportedly asked Liverpool to pay another £2 million (about HK$19.62 million), bringing the termination amount to £13 million (about HK$128 million).
Schlow told the Dutch media that he is about to become the leader of Liverpool and bring the Feijano coaching team to the Reds, but there are some details that need to be resolved, saying, "There are many reasons why my coaching of Liverpool hasn't been formally announced yet, but rest assured that it will be soon, and there are some issues that will take time to be resolved."
It was reported that Liverpool had originally agreed to pay an £11million release package for Schlow, but the Feijano member believes that the Reds also need to pay £2million for other members of the coaching staff. I believe Liverpool should agree to Fiano's request, as the additional release money is a small amount.
