According to the
Rome, capital of Italy
Sports Daily reports that Turkish Super League side
Besiktas
Are actively seeking to bring in Roma's right back
Karlstorp (city in Germany)
.. Karsdorp, 29, is a Dutch player who moved to Roma from Feyenoord in 2017. However, he has been placed on the wash list and did not take part in Roma's training sessions this summer as he is not in manager Daniele De Rossi's future plans.
Reports indicate that Besiktas have begun contacting Karsdorp to discuss a transfer. However, as Karlstorp is currently earning €2.2 million a year after tax plus bonuses at Roma, Besiktas are hoping that the player will accept a pay cut. It has been reported that Karlstorp had previously asked to be paid the same salary even after the transfer, but he seems to be open to a pay cut at the moment and hopes to leave Roma as soon as possible to start a new professional adventure.
