According to the latest report from Sky Sports Germany, Bundesliga rivals Hoffenheim are going all out to sign Southampton's rising star in defense, Bela Kosa. Negotiations between the two clubs are currently in full swing and Hoffenheim have already submitted their first offer to Southampton, showing their strong interest in the young defender.

Reports suggest that Hoffenheim and Bela Kosa are close to agreeing on personal terms, meaning that the two sides don't differ much on key issues such as salary and length of contract. This lays a good foundation for a smooth transfer. However, while personal terms are not an issue, the two clubs still need to negotiate further on the total transfer price.

It is reported that the total transfer price of Bela Kosha is expected to be between 15 and 17 million euros, which is a relatively reasonable price range, reflecting both the potential and value of Bela Kosha and in line with Hoffenheim's reinforcement budget. However, due to the uncertainty of the transfer market and the different expectations of the two clubs on the transfer fee, a full agreement has not yet been reached.

A German-born defender, Bela Kosa has shown great defensive ability and potential early in his career. Last season, he was loaned to Dutch Eredivisie powerhouse PSV Eindhoven where he gained valuable match experience. He also played for Bundesliga club Bochum before joining Southampton, and has an in-depth understanding and adaptation of the German soccer environment.
