Won the championship with a total of 406 kilograms, winning the 4th gold for the Chinese weightlifting team and the 34th gold for the Chinese delegation.
Liu Huanhua had a solid performance in the snatch and clean and jerk, holding off Uzbekistan's Juraev and neutral Zikhansov to achieve an Olympic gold medal breakthrough for Chinese men's weightlifting in the 100kg category and above.
