Arsenal's chances of competing in the Premier League were greatly reduced when they swallowed two of Ashton Villa's eggs. Worst of all captain Martyn Odigat was injured at the end of the match. Leader Adidah refused to give details of the injury. In the early hours of Thursday (18), the second round of the top eight of the Europa League is doubtful against Bayern Munich.

Arsenal's whole team did not perform well in this match, only Odigat "flew all over the field" to support the team, but in the 79th minute of the mid-series 0-0 lineup, Odigat withdrew from the line of fire and was replaced by Emmylou. As a result, after leaving the game, the team lost two consecutive goals.

After the match, Adi Da was asked about how the substitution was made. Adidah said:- "Odigat felt there was a problem, he had a problem with his foot and couldn't continue the game, that's why he was replaced". However, Adada refused to give more details and sources in the UK's The Sun suggest that the Norwegian midfielder won't necessarily make it in time for Bayern Munich.

Arsenal forced Bayern Munich to a 2-2 draw in the first leg of the last eight, with the opposition also suffering an injury to Kyungsri Govan in the league.
