Eduardo Burgos revealed on social media that "Aston Villa are ready to make an offer of more than €50 million to bring in Felix." The offer shows Villa's strong interest in the youngster, with the club keen to strengthen their squad with the deal.
However, Burgos points out that Felix prefers to head to Chelsea and the Blues are planning to pay almost €10 million more than the Omorodion's transfer fee (€45 million) for him. Although Felix had hoped to return to Stamford Bridge last year, then manager Mauricio Pochettino rejected the offer.
For now, Felix's future remains uncertain, and the rivalry between Aston Villa and Chelsea will undoubtedly be one of the focal points of this summer's transfer market.
