It's official, and three players - Manchester City's Rodney, Foden and Harland - have been strongly shortlisted, while Chelsea's Palmer, Arsenal's Odego and Aston Villa's Watkins have also been named on the highly-anticipated shortlist.

Phil Foden (Manchester City)

: In the 23/24 season

England Premier Soccer League

In league play, Foden appeared in 35 games, scoring 19 goals and dishing out eight assists, displaying a strong offensive game and all-around performance.

Erling Harland (Manchester City)

: Harland has remained strong in the Premier League this season, contributing 27 goals and five assists in 31 games, continuing to cement his dominance in the forward line.

Martin Odergo (Arsenal)

: Odego has made 35 appearances in the Premier League this season, scoring eight goals and contributing 10 assists as the centerpiece of Arsenal's midfield.

Cole Palmer (Chelsea)

: Palmer has been the Blues' leading scorer with 22 goals and 11 assists in 34 games for Chelsea this season.

Rodney (Manchester City)

: As the lynchpin of Manchester City's midfield, Rodri has made 34 appearances this season, scoring eight goals and dishing out nine assists, and his balanced performances in both attack and defense have brought great stability to the city.

Ollie Watkins (Aston Villa)

: Watkins has made 37 Premier League appearances this season, scoring 19 goals and contributing 13 assists to help Villa to an impressive record.
