Roberto

is looking for a new challenge for the new season after bidding farewell to the club he played for for many years. Despite receiving offers from the MLS and the Saudi League, Roberto is currently favoring to remain in the European game. He said that he still has a long career ahead of him and therefore wants to postpone his trip to these leagues to continue proving himself in the competitive European soccer scene.

Roberto is currently evaluating offers from several European clubs. He is said to have about two and a half weeks to make a final decision. Clubs that have shown keen interest in the versatile player include Sevilla and Girona in La Liga, Ajax in the Dutch Liga, West Ham United in the Premier League, Fiorentina in Serie A, and Como, where Cesc Fabregas currently plays.

In addition, Roberto's team also had preliminary conversations with Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur, but the two sides did not agree on further cooperation.
