Saturday (16th) was a passionate game in the EFL Cup. Championship side Coventry scored two goals in extra time to eliminate Wolves from the Premier League 3-2 and advance to the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup. Because the atmosphere was so hot, Govanelli captain Mark Robins got too high. He lost control, shouted at a 13-year-old ball boy who lived behind him and was criticized.

The game took a turn for the worse when Giovanni Alessandro opened the scoring in the 53rd minute, but Wolves drew level in the 83rd minute with Aloysius, and then scored in the 88th minute, thinking that they would be able to win the Cup with a "shutout". In the 100th minute, Sharjee Hooley's "real" strike made it 3-2, and the team made it to the last 4 of the EFL Cup since 1987.

After Haji Hurley's goal, Gowan Leigh leader Mark Robins turned to his 13-year-old caddie and roared in celebration. He apologized for his behavior after the game and said that the caddie had been provocative. Wolves captain Garry O'Neill blasted: "It's a fine road to do your job, how can it make you sad... Celebrating in front of a fine road is really disgusting, how did that happen?"
