, with a transfer fee of €47 million and a 10% second transfer split clause. According to well-known journalist Romano, the deal has been completed and Evanilson will replace star striker Solanke, who has just joined Tottenham Hotspur.

Romano made the announcement via his trademark 'here we go', stating that Evanilson has booked a medical and will report to Bournemouth soon. The Brazilian striker moved to Porto from Brazilian side Tumblers for €8.8 million in 2020 and contributed 25 goals and seven assists in 42 games for Porto last season.

Evanilson has also played 1 game for the Brazilian national team at this year's Copa America, totaling 3 minutes of action. He is currently valued at €35 million according to the German Transfer Market. Bournemouth is hoping to inject new life into their attacking line with this signing and continue to be competitive in the Premier League.
