AFC Second Division
The 32 teams for the tournament have been officially finalized. These teams will take part in a draw ceremony in Kuala Lumpur this Friday to determine the group stage groupings.
The second tier of the AFC Champions League will be divided into the West and East Asian zones, with 16 teams in each. The teams in each division are divided into four brackets based on strength of schedule and will be placed into four groups in the draw. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Round of 16 in February 2025, followed by the Quarter-Finals and Semi-Finals in March and April 2025, respectively, with the Final scheduled for May 17, 2025, in a single-legged tiebreaker.

The top two of the four groups from each zone will play a Round of 16 in February 2025, followed by Quarterfinals and Semifinals in March and April 2025, with the final to be held on May 17, 2025 to determine the champion using a single-round format.
