After their defeat in the topsy-turvy league match, Manchester United will be looking to bounce back in time for this match in order to regain their good form from the previous matches. Despite losing their last two league matches, they were in good form before and won a lot of matches in a row, largely due to the standard and play of their players.
In the first half of the game against Manchester City, we saw that their players performed at such a level that United were definitely capable of beating any opponent, but their fatal injury was that they didn't create enough goal scoring chances, which ultimately led to the team's inability to add to their goal scoring. This is the biggest difference between United and other teams in the league.
As we can see from the top 5 teams, they are both creative and sure-footed, unlike the current United frontcourt, who tend to miss opportunities in front of goal more often than they put the ball in the net. If United really want to compete for a top 4 spot, then a game like the one at home in Otford against Ewarton is definitely a must for them to get all 3 points.
However, Ewarton will never concede easily and with United burying their goal lacking composure, dragging the fat sugar could be quite tricky for the Red Devils. As I mentioned before, Ivoryton have conceded the highest number of goals this season. Dyche has been known to bolster his team's defense. Banff Wadey's youngster, Wadey, proved that. He has been one of the best players this season.
However, United will be happy to know that EWT are now on a 7 game winless streak, and that their opponent's ever stout defense has failed to keep a clean sheet in 5 of those games. Although I think EWT will have a corner to play with, as has been the case many times this season, United can only win 3 points at home.
