Tottenham borrowed German striker Dim Warner from RB Leipzig in the winter transfer window. After joining, he delivered a goal and two assists in six games, a performance recognized by coach Pusztigorlu. Tottenham will reportedly activate a buyout clause and pay a transfer fee of €17 million (around HK$144 million).
Dim Warner joined Chelsea in the Premier League in 2020 and scored 23 goals in 89 matches in two seasons, a mediocre performance. He then returned to RB Leipzig, but his performance was inaccurate and he lost his place in the starting lineup this season, and was loaned out to Tottenham Hotspur in the winter window, and was nicknamed the "German Scout" by the fans due to his average grasping power but his strong harassment power in front of the goal.
Dimwah's harassing kicking style is perfect for Tottenham's all-out attacking game. While he's a big goal scorer, he runs around up front and helps open up space for his teammates. Instead, he played better. As a result, he earned the trust of Pusztigorlu, got more chances to play, and became part of the team's plans for the upcoming season. He will be officially acquired this summer.
