Spanish midfielder Lodi Casciandi rewrote Premier League history after Manchester City beat Manchester United 3-1 at home. He has not lost to City for 59 consecutive matches, breaking the record of Roadrunner midfielder Kaviar Kavinu, which stood for 58 matches, and becoming the strongest player "Undefeated Man" in the history of EPL. As City embark on their bid to "pass the 3 hurdles", Lodi is bound to be a key player.

The 27-year-old Lodi is the soul of Manchester City, and the 'Blue Moon' have only lost 3 matches in all competitions this season, and all 3 of those matches were due to Lodi's suspension. Since February last year, Lodi has played 59 consecutive matches for City without a loss, breaking the record of 58 set by Chelsea great Carlos Carvino between 2006 and 2008.

The league will begin its journey in the race for the third tier standard after City won the pyramid battle. On Sunday (10th), they will visit first-placed Liverpool, then host third-placed Arsenal on March 31st, and thirdly host fourth-placed Aston Villa on April 4th. If they could, they would play three games to get through the 'Top 4 Battle' and the road to the title would be a smooth one!
