Competition Rules
The group stage will run from September 17 to December 5, using a home-and-away round-robin system. The top two teams from each group will advance to the February 2025 Round of 16 tournament. The knockout stage will be re-drawn with a double-legged tournament from the 1/8th to the semi-finals, with the quarter-finals to be held from March 4-13, 2025, the semi-finals from April 8-16, 2025, and the single final on May 17, 2025.

The new season's AFC Champions League II has a participation prize of US$300,000, with a US$50,000 bonus for winning each match in the group stage. The prize money for reaching the 1/8 finals is US$80,000, for reaching the quarter-finals US$160,000, for reaching the semi-finals US$240,000, for the runner-up US$1 million and for the winner US$2.5 million.
Zhejiang will face a number of strong teams from Southeast Asia in this AFC Champions League journey, and they are expected to do well in the tournament and move on to higher honors.
