Interestingly, in the last two meetings between Brentford and Man City, Brentford have managed to beat Man City. The Bees did manage a league double over City last season, although that didn't stop City from winning the treble, but a team with City's style of play is definitely welcome to visit their home ground.

Evandoni's return is obviously a huge boost to the club. You can see how important he is to this team, scoring two goals in just two games back, and his return has come at just the right time. Binford have lost 9 of their last 12 games, and before Tony's return against Nottingham Forest a couple of weeks ago, they had only won 1 of 10. That run of form has left them just four points above the drop zone. With Binford's rapid rise from the lower divisions in recent years, they don't seem to have much of a connection with the word "relegation".

While I think they have enough attacking firepower to defend the title successfully, they need to be careful and try not to get caught up in the relegation vortex. Because once you're in it, it's always full of unknowns, but I think successfully retaining Evandoni in the winter transfer window has helped a lot.

In addition to Evandoni's return, they will also welcome back Uni Wesa and Mabiomo from the African Cup of Nations. They accounted for more than a third of Brentford's Premier League goals this season, so having all three back in action at the same time is something the team would love to see.

However, I don't think that will be enough to stop City in this match, as the Blue Moon's high-speed train has officially started their usual second half of the season sprint. With 6 wins in a row since the end of the Champions League, City look ready to launch a serious title fight against Liverpool in the last few months.

Like Binford, City have seen the return of two of their mainstays in recent games, one of which is midfield brain Chivun Dibny, who has scored a goal and handed out 2 assists in his last 3 games, and feels like a new signing for City. On a happier note, Dibny himself has admitted that he's toffer free at the moment, so I fear the next few months will be a nightmare for all other Premier League teams once he gets back to his best form.

As for the other returning player, who is it? You guessed it, it's Aynin Chalainte! Despite missing a month and a half of City's winning streak, he's still the Premier League's leading scorer, and I think he'll be back to score in this game.
